I am registered with the AnyTask™ Platform only
If you are registered to the AnyTask™ Platform and you do not have an ETN account, your password can be reset on the login page.
- Make sure you are logged out of your account, and then go to log in.
- Click ‘Forgot Password.’
- Enter your email address.
- An email will be sent to you with a link to reset.
- Select ‘Reset your password.’
- Enter a new password.
- You’re good to go!
I am signed in with my ETN account
If you have signed in with your ETN account, your AnyTask™ Platform password is linked to your ETN login. To reset your ETN password:
- Visit electroneum.com and select ‘Forgot / Reset Password’.
- Enter your email address.
- Complete the reCAPTCHA.
- Click ‘Reset Password’.
- Please note you can only reset your password once every 2 hours for security reasons.
- You’ll receive an email like the one below. Click the link to reset your password.
- Once you’ve followed the link in the email, enter your new password and repeat.
- Complete the reCAPTCHA and select Change Password.
