An order goes through multiple stages, from acceptance of the order, right through to the delivery of the work. You can view your order at any time, by visiting My Account, My purchases, and click on View Order.
To view what stage your order is:
- Select My Account, My Purchases.
- Here you will find a summary of the purchases you have made.
- Select view order, for the task you want to find out more on.
- Under the timeline tab, you can view the progress of your order.
- You can find your due date on the left-hand side, highlighting how many days left the seller has to deliver the order.
Your task has been delivered
You can find your task in the following place:
- Select My Account, My Purchases.
- Here you will find a summary of the purchases you have made.
- Select view order, for the task you want to find out more on.
- Find the tab delivery.
- Here is where you will find your order that has been delivered.
Once your task has been delivered:
- Review your order and decide if it has met your requirements?
- Satisfied? Excellent news, select I am satisfied and leave an honest review for your seller.
- Not satisfied? Select request a revision and enter the details for revisions you require. Be as precise .as possible to limit the number of revisions.
