How can I contact my Buyer?

Once a Buyer has placed an order, you can contact them at any time throughout the process.

• Select ‘My Account’ and go to your Inbox.
• A message thread will automatically be created with your Buyer.
• You will see the Buyer’s name and Task on the left-hand side and the message ‘Your order has been created successfully.’
• Type your message in the message box provided.
• You can add files with the paper clip icon.
• Send your message by clicking the paper airplane icon.
• Keep in mind that Buyers come from all over the world and may well be in a different time zone to you. If you don’t hear back right away, that may be why.
