How can I contact my buyer?

Once a buyer has placed an order, you can contact the buyer at any time throughout the process.

• Select My Account, Inbox.
• A message thread will automatically be created with your buyer.
• You will see the buyers name and task on the right-hand side and the message “Your order has been created successfully”.

• Type your message in the message box provided.
• You can add files with the paper clip icon.
• Send your message by clicking the paper airplane icon.
