This is for your protection; to ensure that buyers receive the work that they pay for, and freelancers receive payment for the work you do.
Working with or communicating with users away from AnyTask.com negates AnyTaskProtection™ and is a breach of the T&C’s.
We are unable to support any queries for communication or work, requested or delivered away from AnyTask.
To keep up to date with your AnyTask messages at any time please ensure that you have downloaded the AnyTask App.
If you receive any messages that asks you to communicate or transact away from AnyTask or content that aren’t comfortable with then please report this to us.
You can do this using the black flag at the top right of the message thread or contact the Anytask support team.
Tips on staying safe:
- Only interact with secure links, avoiding those from unknown sources.
- Avoid sharing any sensitive personal information such as details regarding your identity/location or any payment information. If you know or suspect that anyone, other than yourself, knows your account details please promptly notify us.
- Do not allow others control over your device through remote access tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk, unless this is relevant to the task.
- Don’t engage in harmful conversations. If someone makes you uncomfortable, discontinue the conversation and report it.
If you encounter anything unusual, report it to the AnyTask support team.
