Payments may be declined for several reasons. If your payment is declined, please check the following:
- Make sure you entered the payment details correctly.
- Check to see that your credit/debit card is valid, and not expired.
- Make sure you have available funds on your card to cover the cost of the Task you are purchasing.
- For ETN & other Crypto purchases, please ensure you have checked your balance and ensured that you have entered the correct details.

For Gift Code purchases, please check that the correct Gift Code number has been entered, that the Gift Code has enough balance to cover the cost of the Task, service fee and the expiry date.
