Why am I paid in ETN and not US Dollars?
Whilst buyers pay in debit or credit card, which is charged in US dollars, all sellers receive Electroneum (ETN) as payment. Utilizing cryptocurrency as a form of payment allows anyone from anywhere the ability to get involved.
Do I need a bank account?
No. Our sellers do not need a bank account to join, AnyTask as payment is made in Electroneum (ETN). To be able to earn Electroneum (ETN), you will need to sign up with Electroneum.
How often am I paid?
Once your order has been fulfilled and your buyer has accepted your work, you should receive your payment in ETN within one hour. This payment will be visible within your Electroneum Wallet, found either within the Electroneum mobile app or via my.electroneum.com. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Support Team.
What rate of exchange do I get?
The time of sale determines the rate of which the US dollars are exchanged to ETN and is handled by our third-party payment handler. For example, if a buyer places an order and you fulfill it three days later, and the buyer approves your work, you will receive payment in ETN at the exchange rate when the order was placed – not at the point your work was approved. This ensures you receive the full amount charged at the time of sale.
What are the fees?
We are a fair freelance platform and therefore do not charge our sellers unnecessary fees. We charge 0% to our sellers, meaning you earn the full amount you sell your task for.
What can I do with my ETN?
ETN can be used in a variety of ways, including, spending online, shopping in-store, topping up your mobile or electricity and transferring to other app users. Find out where you can use your ETN.
Can I transfer my ETN to my local currency?
Yes. Please visit the Electroneum website on ways you can transfer your ETN through exchanges. There are also a number of non-exchange websites such as switchacoin that will transfer your ETN for you.
