How can I contact my Buyer?
Once a Buyer has placed an order with you or has sent you a message, you can contact them at any time throughout the process.
- Click your username and select ‘My Messages’. This will take you to your inbox.
- A message thread will automatically be created with your Buyer.
- You will see the Buyer’s name and Task on the left-hand side and the message ‘Your order has been created successfully.’
- Type your message in the message box provided.
- You can add files with the paper clip icon.
- Send your message by clicking the paper airplane icon.
- Keep in mind that Buyers come from all over the world and may well be in a different time zone to you. If you don’t hear back right away, that may be why.
