Task is not in English
All Tasks must be written, or translated, into English. If your native language isn’t English, when creating your Task, select the ‘Translate to English’ button before submitting.
Inappropriate ‘Username’, ‘Task’ and/or ‘Task header’.
Please use language that will not cause offence. This includes swearing, sexual content or any other words that would not be deemed acceptable in a professional environment. To change a username, you will need to submit your request to our Support Team.
An illegal Task is being offered
The AnyTask™ Platform is a professional website targeting businesses worldwide. We do not condone illegal activity and will not accept any Tasks that fall into this category within UK law. Illegal Tasks include but not limited to the following: pornographic images or descriptions, use of images that do not belong to the user (such as images from Google) and illegal activity (for example, how to hack a website).
Lack of explanation into how the Task will be completed
Your Task will be declined if you do not clearly explain what it is that you will deliver to the Buyer. For example, will you deliver a word document of 1,000 words or an edited photo in .jpg format. You need to make sure this is really clear.
The Task is offering a physical product
The AnyTask™ Platform does not allow the sale of physical products that need to be shipped. All Tasks must be delivered digitally only.
Donation requests
The AnyTask™ Platform does not accept Tasks that require Buyers to give a donation. If you are a charity, please visit ETNdonate.com where you can apply to accept ETN donations.
Grammatical errors
The AnyTask™ Platform is a professional website and therefore we require Tasks to be shown professionally. Please proofread your Task before submitting it. A good tip is to pass your content through Grammarly, a Word document or Google Docs to quickly highlight any errors.
Money making schemes/betting schemes/no trading systems
These types of schemes require specific licenses, which the AnyTask™ Platform does not hold. Therefore, these types of Tasks will be declined.
Contact details have been included in the Task description
It is against the AnyTask™ Platform Terms and Conditions to interact with a Buyer outside of the platform. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more information.
Selling ETN or cryptocurrencies
This requires specific licenses which The AnyTask™ Platform does not hold. Therefore, these types of Tasks will be declined.
Inappropriate category/categories
To ensure your Task is seen by the Buyers who are looking for your Task, you need to ensure the correct category/categories have been selected.
Your task will be declined if it has been requested to be included in category that isn’t relevant.
Broken image
All Tasks require an image. If, for any reason, your images aren’t loading for our Support Team, your Task will be declined.
Social media likes
Tasks that claim to increase an individual or business’s social media likes are generally ambiguous. As it cannot be confirmed how this Task can be carried out, we cannot clarify whether the Task can be deemed legal and therefore cannot accept this as a Task on our platform.
Remote computer support
Our customer’s safety is of utmost importance to us and therefore we do not allow Tasks that could result in a security breach.
