Gift Code rules:
- To use your Gift Code, choose the Task you wish to purchase or list a job on the job board and on the payment page select pay with Gift Code.
- Enter your Gift Code and the details will be added to your account.
- Your Gift Code amount must fulfil the full Task order value and service fee. Unfortunately, at the moment you are unable to part-pay with a Gift Code and pay the remainder with another payment method.
- The remainder of the balance will stay on your account until the expiry date.
- Each Gift Code is unique and can only be used by one user.
- Only one Gift Code can be used per user.
How do I purchase a Task with a Gift Code?
- Search and select your chosen Task or list a job on the job board. If you are unsure how to do this, visit our ‘buying a Task’
- Please ensure that the balance of your Gift Code covers the Task and the service fee.
- Once you get to the payment stage, you will see a Gift Code box underneath the credit card payments box.
- Enter your Gift Code number into the box provided and select ‘Submit Code’.
