If you have not yet accepted the order, simply decline it, which in turn cancels the Buyer’s order.
If you have already accepted the order, please raise a dispute, which can be done within ‘My Sales’ by clicking on the order that you would like to cancel.
Click 'Dispute' and please include details for why you would like to cancel the order.
