Can I contact a Seller before placing an order?
Have a question you would like to ask before buying a Task? We actually recommend reaching out to a Seller before buying a Task, to make sure they are able to complete your order.
- Click the ‘Contact me’ button under the Seller’s profile picture on the individual Task page.
- Type your message.
- Hit the blue send button.
A message thread will be found within your Inbox. To get to your Inbox, click your username and select 'My Messages'. You will find any responses from the Seller in here and will be able to reply.
What is the ‘Custom Quote’ feature?
If you see a Task that you think would be great for what you need, but the requirements aren’t quite right, you can submit a Custom Quote to the Seller. Here you can suggest an ideal delivery time for your project, a budget in US Dollars and the Task requirements. The Seller will then review your requirements and get back to you, either with an alternative on what they can offer, or accepting your custom quote.
Do I pay the Seller directly?
No – all payments are handled by a third-party payment handler.
- It is against the AnyTask™ Platform Terms and Conditions to attempt to make payments to a Seller outside of the platform.
If a Seller should request other ways to pay or refer you to another platform, please report this to our Support Team.
- Please provide the Seller’s username and Task details when contacting.
