Where is my order?
An order goes through multiple stages, from acceptance of the order, right through to the delivery of the work. You can view your order at any time by visiting ‘My Account’, ‘My Purchases,’ and then click on ‘View Order.’
How do I view what stage my order is in?
- Select ‘My Account’, ‘My Purchases’
- Here you will find a summary of the purchases you have made.
- Select ‘View Order’ for the Task you want to find out more about.
- Under the ‘Timeline’ tab, you can view the progress of your order.
- You can find your due date on the left hand side, highlighting how many days left the Seller has to deliver the order.
Your Task has been delivered
You can find your Task in the following place:
- Select ‘My Account,’ ‘My Purchases’
- Here you will find a summary of the purchases you have made.
- Select ‘View Order’ for the Task you want to find out more about.
- Select the ‘Delivery’ tab.
- Here is where you will find your order that has been delivered.
Once your Task has been delivered:
- Now’s the time to review your order and decide if it has met your requirements.

Satisfied? Excellent news. Click ‘Complete Order’ and leave an honest review for your Seller.
- Not satisfied? Select ‘Request a Revision’ and enter the details for revisions you require. Be as precise as possible to limit the number of revisions needed.
