Can I cancel my order?
Changed your mind on your order? No problem.
- Go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘My Purchases’
- Under ‘Status’ it will either say: Waiting Acceptance, Accepted, In progress, Delivered or Completed.
Waiting acceptance: the Seller hasn’t accepted the order
In this case, you can cancel your Task immediately as the Seller is yet to accept your order.
- Select ‘My Account’, ‘My Purchases’
- In red, you will find ‘Cancel Order’.
When will I be refunded?
If you are paying with a debit or credit card, your refund will be handled by Stripe, the payment provider, and can take up to 10 days to be issued back to your card.
If, for any reason, you do not receive your refund after 10 days, please contact our Support Team with the following:
- Your order date.
- Order reference.
- Username
If you have paid for your Task with an AnyTask™ Platform Gift Code the balance will be added back to the gift code balance.
If you have used ETN as a method of payment, this will be refunded back directly into your ETN Wallet that you used to pay for the Task.
If you paid for the Task with another Crypto, the value of the purchased Task will be added directly to your AnyTask™ Platform account by way of an AnyTask™ Platform Gift Code.
Task has been Accepted, In progress or Delivered.
If your Task has been has been accepted, in progress or delivered, you will need to raise a dispute to cancel the order.
