How do I contact a Seller after placing my order?

Bought a Task and want to contact the Seller?

• Purchasing a Task automatically creates a message thread in your inbox.

• Click your username and select ‘My Messages’. This will take you to your inbox.

• You will see the Sellers’ name and Task on the left hand side and the message ‘Your order has been created successfully.’
• Type your message in the message box provided.
• You can add files with the paper clip icon.
• Send your message by clicking the send button (the paper airplane icon.)
• Any responses you get from the Seller will appear in your inbox
