Bought a Task and want to contact the Seller?
- Purchasing a Task automatically creates a message thread in your inbox.

Click your username and select ‘My Messages’. This will take you to your inbox.
- You will see the Sellers’ name and Task on the left hand side and the message ‘Your order has been created successfully.’
- Type your message in the message box provided.
- You can add files with the paper clip icon.
- Send your message by clicking the send button (the paper airplane icon.)
- Any responses you get from the Seller will appear in your inbox.
